Child Care assistance is provided for children of eligible parents in order to support their work and training efforts and help families achieve self-sufficiency. The goal of the child care delivery system in Ohio is the provision of quality, dependable child care in homes and centers. This agency determines eligibility for child care subsidy services and assists parents in locating certified homes or licensed centers.CCDJFS helps qualified families access and afford child care through publicly funded child care assistance. How Do I Apply?
You can file an application online at Self Service Portal Home Page (ohio.gov), in person during regular business hours, by mailing in a completed application, dropping an application in our drop box (In parking lot outside the BMV), via email Champ_FoodCashMedical@jfs.ohio.gov or by faxing a completed application to 937-484-1506.
