The Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal allows customers with an active child support case a secure environment in which they can view their child support case information on demand. Customers are able to view and print up to two years of child support payment data, as well as view address, employment, health insurance, and support order information that is on file with the child support agency.

What You Need to Register for the Web Portal as a First Time Customer
- Establish User ID and Password*
- Identify the type of user (Payee-receives support; Payor-pays support)
- Active email address (you cannot share an email address that someone else is using on the Web Portal system)
- Child Support Case Number (also known as a SETS number)
- Social Security Number
- Web ID (Participant #)** (Obligor)
- Last 4 digits of the account number of eQuickPay card number where support payments are deposited (Obligee)
