The CSEA provides several methods for the Obligee to receive his/her support obligation and for the Obligor to pay his/her support obligation. The following information provides each party on the Support Order the various options available for paying/receiving support.
​PAYMENTS MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND SETS NUMBER ON EACH PAYMENT. IF PAYING ON MORE THAN ONE CASE, PLEASE DESIGNATE THE AMOUNT FOR EACH CASE NUMBER.

OBLIGEE

OHIO CSPC DIRECT DEPOSIT

Deposit your child support check directly into your checking or savings account. All you need to do is complete the direct deposit form and mail it in or call 888-965-2676 or:

  • For faster enrollment, visit Ohio Child Support Customer Service Portal and enroll online.

INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVR)

The IVR is the phone-in telephone response system for the Ohio Child Support Program.  The IVR system provides information on payment and balances as well as the telephone numbers and addresses of county CSEAs.  You may call 1-800-860-2555 or 1-866-500-3784 (TDD) or IVR.

CASH PAYMENTS

Cash payments can be made in person at the Champaign County Department of Job and Family Services, 1512 US Hwy 68 S, Suite N100, Urbana, Ohio 43078. Please bring exact change; the agency does not make change.  You might also contact the Child Support Enforcement Agency in another county and find out if they take payments, if they are closer in proximity to you.

Mail check or money order to Ohio Child Support Payment Central, P.O. Box 182372, Columbus, Ohio 43218-2372.
