PAYMENTS MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND SETS NUMBER ON EACH PAYMENT. IF PAYING ON MORE THAN ONE CASE, PLEASE DESIGNATE THE AMOUNT FOR EACH CASE NUMBER.

Please bring exact change; the agency does not make change. You might also contact the Child Support Enforcement Agency in another county and find out if they take payments, if they are closer in proximity to you.
