Champaign County Department of Job & Family Services provides a variety of assistance measures to help establish and enforce child support payments to ensure that children get the financial support they need.

To initiate, complete IV-D Application for Services form from Champaign County Department of Job & Family Services. A IV-D application can be obtained by visiting our office in person or electronically via the following link: https://jfs.ohio.gov/child-support/child-support-overview/how-to-apply. Once the application has been received, the agency will begin the support process. When filing a child support application, make sure to complete all portions fully and accurately to ensure quick processing.
