Employer Services are designed to assist the employer in finding qualified employees. At no charge, employers can post job openings through a statewide job matching system as well as local and regional postings. Employers have access to OMJCC conference rooms to assist with additional space needed to conduct interviews, have off-site meetings and/or space for training needs.

• By posting your job openings at OhioMeansJobs, you will reach qualified job seekers in a more expedient manner; · We assist employers by offering customized training tailored to upgrade skills of existing employees in order to remain competitive. In addition, WIOA funding could supplement the cost of training new employees through On-The-Job Training;
• When layoffs are unavoidable, the Local Rapid Response Team and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services' Rapid Response Unit provides vital help to both the affected workers and their communities;
• Work Opportunity Tax Credit offers employers a federal tax credit for hiring individuals from targeted groups.
